Cristian Pellegrini is the Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Il Dolcetto, bringing 20+ years of experience and passion to every table he serves.

Born and raised in Bergamo, Italy, Cristian began his culinary journey at just 13 years old, working in his family’s restaurant where he developed a deep respect for traditional Italian cuisine and hospitality. He later refined his skills at EPSSAR San Pellegrino Terme, where he studied Culinary Arts, Catering & Banqueting, and Hotel Management.

Cristian continued working in his family’s restaurant until the age of 29, honing his craft and building a strong foundation rooted in authenticity and technique. After moving to the United States, he spent eight years as Executive Chef at Buona Forchetta, where he further established his reputation for creating exceptional Italian dishes with a modern touch.

Today, through Il Dolcetto, Cristian offers a more intimate and personalized dining experience bringing the warmth, flavor, and tradition of Italy directly to your table.
